Recipe Hunting

I've been roaming around the Internet for recipes as most people are this time of year.  I'll save this one for the summer but y'all...I love pickled shrimp.  It's the Southerner in me, I suppose.  

These ricotta spinach cup apps look right up my alley...minimal effort & ingredients!  Must try asap!
